No Account Required
Phirky.ai does not require user accounts, logins, or passwords to use the core Service (search, browse, and planner). Email subscriptions are optional and can be canceled at any time with one click.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep activity information accurate and up to date by regularly scraping and verifying public sources. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Event details such as dates, times, pricing, availability, and venue information may change without notice. Always verify details directly with the venue or event organizer before attending. Phirky.ai is not responsible for cancellations, schedule changes, incorrect pricing, or any other discrepancies.
AI-Generated Content
The AI Day Planner feature generates itinerary suggestions using artificial intelligence. These suggestions are meant as helpful starting points, not definitive plans. AI-generated recommendations may include inaccuracies regarding travel times, venue hours, suitability, or other details. Users should independently verify all information before relying on it. Phirky.ai is not liable for any issues arising from following AI-generated recommendations.
